REGULATIONS OF “ALPAKI WAWERSKIE” ALPACA FARM

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THE ALPACA FARM

I. GENERAL REMARKS

The alpaca farm is open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Changes in opening hours may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or the health condition of the alpacas.

Entry to the alpaca farm is only possible with the consent of the staff.

Entry to the alpaca farm is only possible by prior appointment. There is no possibility of entering the alpaca farm ad hoc.

The alpaca farm reserves the right to change the scheduled visit due to weather conditions or the condition of the animals.

While on the alpaca farm premises, visitors must stay in designated areas – visitors are not allowed in areas or buildings located on the same property but not belonging to the alpaca farm.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by adults while on the alpaca farm premises.

In the case of organized school/preschool trips, children must be accompanied by supervisors (at least 1 supervisor per 10 people).

Entry to the alpaca farm implies acceptance of the Regulations.

We are not responsible for the consequences of not following the rules of the Regulations.

II. RULES FOR STAYING ON THE ALPACA FARM PREMISES

It is prohibited to damage or litter the alpaca farm.

Running, shouting, riding bicycles, skateboarding, rollerblading, scooting, or behaving in any other way that could disturb the peace is prohibited.

Loud music is not allowed.

Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed (excluding organized events in the garden).

Dogs or other animals (including on hands or in carriers) are not allowed.

Smoking cigarettes or any other tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the alpaca farm premises.

Climbing or sitting on rails, barriers, or fences is not allowed.

III. CONTACT WITH ANIMALS

Entry into the animal pen, including the stable, is only permitted under the supervision of alpaca farm staff.

Visitors must strictly follow the staff’s recommendations regarding contact with and feeding of the animals.

Before interacting with the animals, visitors must listen to the staff’s instructions.

Feeding the animals is only allowed with food provided by the alpaca farm staff. Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals with their own food. Carrots and treats are given on an open hand.

Photography and filming in the animal pen are allowed only for private use and with the staff’s permission. The use of flash is not allowed.

Sitting children on alpacas is prohibited. Chasing or scaring the animals is not allowed.

Visitors should approach alpacas only from the front. Approaching alpacas from behind or stroking them on their rear parts may result in kicking.

Alpacas should be petted on the neck and back. Alpacas do not like to be touched on the head.

IV. USE OF THE GARDEN

While using the garden, visitors must not open the gates to the animal pen or enter the animal pen without staff permission.

Making fires and adding wood to the fire upon visitors’ request is only done by alpaca farm staff.

The alpaca farm does not provide food for the fire, drinks, or any other food products.

The alpaca farm is not responsible for any food poisoning resulting from visitors’ consumption of food products.

Consumption of alcohol during organized events is allowed only in the garden. Bringing alcohol into the animal pen is strictly prohibited.

V. SAFETY

Visitors must comply with health and safety regulations and fire safety regulations, especially regarding the use of fire, flammable materials, and contact with animals.

Before starting organized events, visitors must familiarize themselves with the location of fire extinguishers and emergency exits.

Alpacas are considered hypoallergenic animals, but if an allergy occurs, quick action and consultation with a doctor are recommended. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

Alpacas are under constant veterinary care.

Parents or guardians are responsible for children on the alpaca farm premises.

The alpaca farm is not responsible for accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from non-compliance with these regulations or failure to follow staff instructions.

The alpaca farm is not responsible for random accidents.

The alpaca farm is not responsible for items left unattended.

VI. FEES

Entry to the alpaca farm is subject to a fee.

Entry to the alpaca farm with access to the animal pen and feeding of the animals costs: a. Children under 3 years old – free of charge b. Children over 3 years old and adults – 50 PLN per person

In the case of organized trips for children (minimum of 10 people), supervisors of children enter free of charge.

The organization of special events in the garden is priced individually.
